If you’re starting to feel unsure about how all the details of your wedding day will come together, you’re not alone. That’s where I come in.
Packages can be custom-tailored to each couples needs, though the packages below encompass the services most weddings Need at three different price points.
Whether you have a big budget or are keeping it low-cost, there's an option for all couples to have professional planning services.
With this package, I’ll step in as a liaison between you and the onsite team, helping to fill in the gaps and ensure all the day-of details are nailed down. From family and guests to your bridal party and vendors, I’ll make sure everyone is prepared and in the right place at the right time. You just have to relax and enjoy every second.
Before Departure
If you’re happy with The Foundation and want day-of support, reach out at any time about elevating to The Celebration package.
- (3) 1-hour meetings with couple to gather details, vision, vendor info, answer questions, troubleshoot issues. This typically starts 6 months before the wedding.
- (2) virtual meetings with onsite coordinator and couple to finalize details
- Review of resort packages and options to help couples make informed choices
- Creation of custom day-of timeline
- Assistance with ceremony planning and logistics
- Coordination with vendors outside of the resort, and coordinate integration of outside vendors with resort team
- Ongoing communication with onsite coordinator to solidify day-of details, ending with a custom, detailed packet sent to coordinator with all needed information
- Assistance with guest communications and expectations, informing them of where to be and when throughout the week, through a welcome email or flyer

This package includes everything in The Foundation package, plus a professional advocate onsite to ensure everything flows smoothly.
Before Departure
Upon Arrival

- All pre-departure planning included in The Foundation package
Upon Arrival
- (1) 1-hour meeting with couple in-person to walk through schedule, do a final venue check, and hand off any wedding day decor or materials
- Attend final walkthrough with the onsite coordinator to finalize details
- Run the ceremony rehearsal in coordination with onsite coordinator and officiant
- Act as “go-to” for bridal party and family questions (so you’re not bombarded)
Wedding Day
- Light hands-on styling of ceremony, tablescapes, signage, or personal touches
- Oversight of vendor arrival, setup, and timeline execution throughout ceremony + reception
- Direct coordination with the resort team to troubleshoot weather and other issues in real time
- Oversee transitions between cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, first dance, and more - and ensure photography is in place during key moments
- Collect personal items (decor, gifts, guest book, etc.) post-reception
- Your go-to-gal. Fielding questions from Aunt Susie? Wondering where the churro cart should be set up? I can handle it.
From choosing a venue to boarding the plane back home, this package is for couples who want a trusted partner guiding every decision - creatively, strategically, and logistically. This package encompasses everything in The Foundation and The Celebration packages, while expanding into full-service planning.

Additional services specific to The Destination Experience package include:
- Conduct overall budget, vision, and destination strategy session
- Connect couple with a trusted travel agent (free of charge) to secure a venue, make room block, arrange travel for couple and guests
- Compare venues, wedding packages, vendor options, guest costs, to determine and lock in destination
- Custom overall wedding vision and design direction
- Guest experience planning strategy (welcome events, activities, flow of the trip)
- Creation of a master planning checklist from engagement through wedding trip
Initial Planning
- Provide vendor recommendations and contract reviews, attend all vendor meetings to ensure couples needs are met and the right questions are asked
- Invitation, stationary, and wedding website guidance
- Ongoing communication with all vendors to solidify day-of details
- Monthly video call check-ins with the couple (increasing if needed) and unlimited email communication
- Budget tracking and adjustments, payment schedule and reminders for vendors
Design Services
- Ceremony design planning and reception layout development
- Tablescape styling guidance (linens, chargers, flatware, menus, signage)
- Collaboration with florist, rentals, catering and other vendors to ensure vision
- Oversight on styling of personal decor items
- Seating chart guidance

- Final master production timeline creation
- Contingency planning for weather and travel delays
